Annual Report 2006
This is the first annual report about the diabetes services provided by Carmarthenshire NHS Trust. Some recent developments in the service are described. This is followed by a detailed summary of aggregated outpatient clinical and laboratory data from the Diabeta 3 Electronic Patient Record. Data is presented separately for the two hospitals and comparisons are made with previous years. The results demonstrate quality improvement in the process of care over this time.
Next year we aim to produce a similar report which covers both primary and secondary care in Carmarthenshire.
